In September of 1985 we bought our first Peterbilt. It was a 1985 Peterbilt Model 359 with a 425HP 3406 Caterpillar engine and a 13 speed transmission. In 1986 we bought a 1986 Eby 15 Horse trailer shown here.
In May of 1989 we replaced the 1985 Peterbilt with this 1989 Peterbilt Model 379. It had a 425HP 3406 Caterpillar engine and a 15 speed transmission
In March of 1995 we upgraded to this 1995 Peterbilt Model 379. It had a 430/470HP Series 60 Detroit engine and a 15 speed transmission.
In October of 1996 we tested the waters of using owner-operators. We purchased a 1988 Bellamy 15 horse trailer, shown here being pulled by our first owner-operator who stayed with us till June of 1998.
